Starting in January 2026, messages sent through the patient portal that require medical advice, care coordination, or review taking more than 5 minutes of your provider’s time may be billed to your insurance. This includes requests such as new medication prescriptions, condition assessments, or treatment adjustments.
We continue to welcome messages for brief questions, appointment scheduling, or prescription refills at no charge. Thank you for understanding as we work to provide timely and high-quality care for all our patients.

Billing Inquiry Instructions:
Click on the Billing tab and log into your patient portal.
Select Messages and click Start New Message.
Choose Billing and Payments as the message category.
Select the provider you saw during the visit in question.
In the Subject line, enter: Stacy Billing Question.
In the message body, include all relevant details about your inquiry. You may also attach any supporting documents if needed.
Once all steps are completed, click Send Message.
