Before your visit

  1. Schedule an appointment online or through our front office

  2. Don’t see the day or time that you want? Call the office, sometimes online scheduling can be rough and glitchy (907.274.WELL)

  3. Mark it in your calendar. You will get a text or email reminder from us as well


The day of your visit

  1. A few minutes before your scheduled appointment time, click the virtual waiting room link for your provider.

  2. Be sure that your mic and camera are enabled

  3. Select your provider from the dropdown menu

  4. Your provider will be with you shortly


After your visit

  1. If you have insurance, we will submit your visit to insurance for reimbursement, so nothing needed on your end

  2. Watch for an email or login to the portal to view your plan and notes from the visit:

    1. Get on our website (where you are now) and click on your provider’s portal

    2. Once you have logged on to the portal, click on “My Health” on the left

    3. Click on “Forms”

    4. Go to “Discussion Note” with the date of your visit to open, save, or print the notes from your visit

Questions?

  • Questions for your provider?

    • Shoot them a note through “Message My Provider” on the portal and they will get back to you within a few days

  • Need supplements?

    • You’ve got options! Get them from us the same day or order them online at a discounted price to be shipped to your house.

      • Click on the “Order Supplements” tab at the bottom of each page of our website to register for a Wellevate account. You will be able to order quality supplements to be shipped directly to your house, always 15% off retail and less expensive than Amazon! We prefer that you order through Wellevate than elsewhere due to the quality of supplements available. We want you to get what you pay for and not just some junk in a capsule.

      • Stop in and we will help you find what you need. Or you can call the front office and we will get them ready for you to pick up. We have a drop box outside or you can knock and we’ll hand it out.

  • Home lab kits?

    • We will prepare home lab kits which will be ready for pick up at Thrive. If you live out of town, we can mail these to you. Please talk with the front office about pick up times and location.
